Customer Issue

We assessed full failure of the mortar on all apex areas, chimney flaunching had failed, all valleys required repointing, and some tiles required repairs and general cleaning.

Repair Completed

We fitted a dry verge system to all roof apex, repointed all valleys using the original grp valley, completed various tile repairs and leadwork, removed decaying chimney mortar and repointed. In addition the customer also requested a full moss roof scrape and gutter cleaning.
